No Holiday Inn

Dirty. Pool inaccessible with bird poop. No weekly daily room upkeep. Transients, hospital patients and stinky. Roaches in kitchenette. Sheets were new out of package and not washed smelled like plastic.

I'd like to possibly talk to a manager about getting a full refund for the stay I had nothing but issues The first issue was I was put into a room that was absolutely saturated with cigarette smell and smoke that irritated my asthma along with a cut out screen I got moved units to have the key pad lock me out, as well as another person's CLOTHES in the dresser There was no linens/blankets on the bed Completely dirty floor to the point where my feet were caked black I had to wash them before I left the unit In my opinion it is completely appropriate for you to fully reimburse me for my stay. I never complain and I am not happpy. Also when I talk to you when our representatives about this they have the audacity to tell me to check out at 11:30 at night if I wanted a refund
