"We were only here for a day, but we really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was quite nice and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed all the art on the wall, all of which was made by the host. We even bought one! The view from the backyard was beautiful. We met the host, who was very, very friendly. It was great having covered parking for the night. All in all, we really enjoyed our short stay."

"April 2024 - We had a great time in NM. I was there for a conference and was able to stay the week. The rental was just as pictured and described within in walking distance of Old Town and many other attractions. We could go to Santa Fe, Turquoise Trail, Jemez Scenic Byway, hot springs, Acoma Pueblo tours, Valle de Caldera, Bandelier, El Morro, Sandia Mountain Tramway, etc. The weather was amazing! We would stay again."

"This bed (& pillows) were wonderful! I slept great! I love that the pictures in the listing showed a non keurig coffee machine because I knew I could bring my own preferred coffee for a just-like-home feeling both mornings. In the fridge there was yogurt, granola, milk, and coffee beans both reg and decaf that we could grind in their (provided) grinder. They also supplied a kraft of water. "Stayed for a work trip and the location was great for everywhere I had to be. Also easy to get out to take a few walks as there’s a bike path nearby and Alameda is walkable overall. Had all the necessities for my stay (especially coffee and a/c) and the added bonus of a friendly cat in the fun backyard area. Very responsive host as well. Easy check-in/out. Will definitely stay again next time I’m down in the ABQ."

"We booked this house for one night on Friday night to attend a meeting on Saturday morning here in town. We had things come up Friday and got a late start on the drive, we arrived Saturday morning to the house and only had time to shower and get out of the house for house keepers to come at 11am. The house cleaners had to wait a minute for my friend to load up our things. We barely made it to get shower and get out for house keepers to clean up. (Which was only the bathroom that needed cleaning...

"This is an older facility, but the suites are spacious and comfortable. We were only there for an overnight, but got in earlier than check in and our room was ready. So we were able to go to a nearby national monument (Petroglyph). Front desk staff was very helpful. When we checked out, we let them know about a faulty faucet handle on the bathroom sink. The manager contacted maintenance about it even while I was standing there. Just for your info, these are set up in smaller buildings, so there are no elevators. If you are traveling heavy (as we were) be sure to ask for a first floor room. Also, even though we were on the I-40 side of the building, it wasn't too loud when we were inside."
