"This has to be the best hotel in SP. I had them pick me up from the airport this time and they brought the 2023 Range Rover! Pulling into the hotel is like pulling into a private land in asap that no one can see. You travel through a wooded entrance into an amazing and beautiful resort. My only recommendation is that if you use Iner like me you should walk to the front of the car entrance to call because most can’t find their way in. "

"This was very clean and very safe! The staff was nice! It is located outside of the main downtown so takes a bit to get anywhere but as a single women I felt very safe with was a main priority for me :)"

"Positive: friendly staff, convenient location, comfortable bed, spacious room with excellent sound-proofing. Negative: very small bathroom, with tiny shower. Noisy A/C."

"I liked how polite the staff was. Always very kind when asking them questions. The area was perfect. Lots of shopping and malls and grocery stores near by. What I didn’t like. The hallways and carpet look tired and old. Gives it a bad look. The tv had only a couple Local channels that I had to use the tv knob to change. The remote didn’t do anything. The water pressure was bad. Took several attempts to flush a toilet. Also wish that they could upgrade the plugs at least one to have usb or American plug. Felt Intentional since they have a display at front desk to buy adapters. Several of the gym equipment was broken. "

"The room was clean, spacious. The breakfast was excellent- plenty of choices, fresh fruits, healthy meals and very affordable. The staff are very nice."

"The hotel is centrally located in the Sao Paulo historic area. Several restaurants close by. I noticed water leaks in some areas. The faucets are hard to close completely. The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet had good options. "
