short stopover on tour of Liguria
hotel is right on the seafront and rooms with seaview are marvellous furnished in a timeless italian style it is not modern but neither is it ild fashioned didnt have breakfast as I set off early

A glimpse of the past
The hotel is not of a modern style and is in keeping with the resort and the style of holiday peopel go there for. I had a room which overlooked the sea and it was nice and clean and had everyhing I needed to make my short stay excellent I had to leave before breakfast began service at 0800 so didnt sample that. Though the resaurant looked nice Nothing to fault about it just not a modern fast place but nice to slow down into

Booking Trap + Beach Area + costs
Hotel charges a whopping 25 Euro for parking. To get car one has to walk some 3 - 4 blocks. Hotels beach area is approx. 0.5 km from hotel and they charge 20 Euro for 2 chairs. I found the management uncompromising. When I booked the hotel via Expedia, I was told that I could cancel on 25 hrs notice AND my providing the credit card number was just for booking only. BUT the Hotel took my VISA security for booking and charged me immediately without my permission. The management and staff are cold and unfriendly. I would not stay at this hotel ever!

Séjour agréable
Hôtel agréable avec une chambre vue sur mer. Dommage que pendant notre séjour beaucoup de restaurants étaient fermés malgré le soleil. Déçu que les bouteilles d'eau se trouvant dans le mini bar nous soient facturées 3 € chacune.

Bel hôtel, un peu vieillot mais avec beaucoup de classe, et un balcon donnant sur la mer. Intérieur stylé, de hauts plafonds. Accueil très agréable. Travaux à l’entrée du parking, juste devant, à partir de 8 h le matin. Manque une bouilloire dans la chambre. Baignoire très étroite. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus diversifié. Parking cher à 25 euros la nuit.

Struttura in ottima posizione (all'inizio del budello ed in prossimità del "muretto"), con ottimo personale disponibile e professionale, buono lo standard delle pulizie. Purtroppo devo assegnare una valutazione negativa alla proprietà che trascura non aggiornando la struttura agli attuali standard attesi (bagni minuscoli e poco accessibili, presenza diffusa di moquette); l'impressione è che si tenda a capitalizzare quanto di buono è stato costruito in passato. Mi sembra elevato il rapporto qualità/prezzo per i pasti(25 €/pasto × persona) rispetto alla media dell'offerta della zona. Disponibilità di posto auto chiuso ed al coperto (25€).

+ Aussicht (unbedingt auf der meerseite buchen) + lage des Hotels + Personal und Service freundlich + innenbereich des Hotels sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet - Frühstück Max. 2 Sterne (Kaffee entspricht keine ital. Standards; Wurst und Käse aufeinander geschlichtet, nicht für Vegetarier geeignet; eierspeise teilweise ausgetrocknet; ganze Woche kein Stück Gemüse zum Frühstück) - Badezimmer eine Zumutung (winzig und es schwimmt alles, in der Badewanne kaum ein umdrehen möglich) - trotz privatstrand zusätzliche Kosten von 32 euro pro TAG für zwei liegen und ein Schirm - Parkplatz in nahe gelegener Tiefgarage 25 Euro pro Tag TIPP für den morgendlichen Kaffee: nach passieren des Ausgangs links entlang der Gebäude, vorbei an der Eisdiele nach ca. 30 Meter auf der linken Seite. Sehr guter Kaffee in Top Qualität zu normalen Preisen (Cappuccino 2 euro)

Posizione ottima
L hotel si trova in una posizione ottimale per raggiungere sia il mare che il budello. Vicino ci sono anche due parchi giochi per bambini molto belli. Lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile, la camera ampia e pulita. Il cibo ottimo. Ci torneremo e lo consiglio.

Nice hotel close to the beach
A very nice hotel, situated (on walking distance 350m) near the railway station. This was handy because we came by train from Genua. In Alassio it's hard to find a parking spot, so the train is a perfect alternative. Our room was located on the top floor and we had an enormous balcony around the room with a beautiful view on the sea and the park and city hall. The interior of the hotel is a little bit outdated, but it's still cosy. The room was big and had aircon (you certainly need that), a fridge, good beds, 2 chairs, spacious closet (with enough clothes hangers) and a spacious bathroom with a shower. The hotel has a private beach across the street where you can have your sunbed and umbrella for 20 euros (2 persons)

hotel vieillo mais emplacement de choix
la propreté de la chambre et de la salle d'eau à notre arrivée n'était pas au rendez vous (tâches d'urine sur la cuvette des toilettes) les lits doubles collés sont tout simplement minables impossible de dormir convenablement pour un couple .

Mooie ligging van hotel
Hotel ligt in centrum vlakbij het strand (50 mt). Hele mooie en goede locatie. Kamers en ontbijt prima. Stijl en inrichting van hotel en kamers wel een tikje oubollig. Maar dit kan ook smaak zijn! Parkeren is 25 euro per nacht, waren we enigszins verrast door. Echter op openbare weg parkeren kost ook geld (parkeermeter).

Albergo in una posizione ottima.
L'albergo vanta una posizione ottima, a due passi dal mare, e dal budello, le stanze vista mare danno su una strada silenziosissima, quindi la notte si dorme veramente bene. Per quanto riguarda l'hotel non rispecchia assolutamente un 4 stelle, antico assolutamente da restrutturare soprattutto il bagno, le piastrelle erano bollenti, la presenza della vasca la trovo antica e scomoda è assolutamente poco igienica, la stanza nel complesso era caldissima, inoltre la cosa peggiore è il parcheggio al costo di 25€ Al giorno che oltre ad essere scomodo e in una stradina dietro l'hotel, non forniscono nemmeno un servizio in cui vengono messe e tirate fuori dal personale. A parte la posizione questo hotel lo sconsiglio sopratutto ad una coppia di giovani.
