"This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! Every single employee was genuinely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well maintained, clean and spacious. Some reviews claim the beds are hard, yes, they’re firm but I honestly slept amazingly. No back or neck pain when I woke up. The breakfast was Real food. Not powered eggs! A great selection and fresh. They were more than accommodating of my pet and I appreciated that greatly. I’ll only stay here when visiting Columbus in the future. "

"As we checked into the front desk, the lady welcomed us with a smile and checked us in quickly. She gave us the cards for the door and advised of the best place to park. the room was excellent and all the comforts of home.. A/C worked just right! Beds were Great!. We were close to the breakfast room and we certainly took advantage of that! Thank you so very much for a pleasant stay in Columbus! Ray and Glenda Paulson"

"Everyone was very friendly from the moment I arrived. They have free coffee and water at the front for all guests. You can even do a mobile check in so when you show up you just get your room key and go to your room! Room was very clean and everything worked as it should! More hotels should take note of how this place is ran!"

"My last stay here was good. Unfortunately this one was not so good. I booked a king & only 2 queen was available. One bed has pretty firm & one very soft. The bathroom floor was sticky and there was mold onthe shower caulking. Towels were grimy looking but bed Linens ok. I was disappointed because I like to give local businesses my money. Not worth the money. "
