"It started with an upgrade to a one bedroom suite that was so huge that we never felt we are in a hotel. With some amazing restaurants and Spa we had a great time. Gym is so good you crave to go for exercise. "

"It was a wonderful value for a first class hotel. The keycards were a problem for the entire 3 days. But the politeness of the staff made up for the card problems. Breakfast was very tasty, but the chai was not good at all. Fix the keycards and chai and it would be the best hotel in Kolkata!"
