After rushing around on a tour of Italy, we arrived at this hotel feeling tired. The stunning views, pool, and friendly staff were very welcome. There is a shuttle bus every hour to get to Sorrento city centre. We had a balcony with views over the Bay of Napoli. We were sad to leave.

We were fortunate to have a room with a stunning view of Mount Vesuvius, which truly enhanced our experience. The serene, quiet location of the hotel offered breathtaking vistas that made our stay even more memorable. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcomed, showcasing a level of hospitality that went above and beyond. A special mention must be given to their thoughtful assistance in arranging for a forgotten pack of clothes to be sent back to our home in the USA—they handled this with remarkable efficiency and care. In summary, La Vue D’Or combines amazing views, a peaceful setting, and outstanding service. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sorrento.

Great break - hotel staff very friendly and helpful Shuttle bus to Sorrento is very easy (can get busy on the last trips back). Hotel has good facilities sun deck and good sized pool for those relaxing days

This hotel was fantastic, the service is great, everyone had a big smile on every time. Tony at the restaurant is just the happiest person, so cordial and with outstanding customer service.
