"The place was actually quite large, had all the dishes and kitchen equipment one would like to see and was in a very good condition overall. It’s a rental apartment more than anything. Absolutely recommended if all that is prioritized over hotel service and if the location suits. (Quiet surroundings, minus church bell ;) - Cons: communication and electronic registration proceeded a bit sketchy. I would have liked to see an actual online procedure, not the provided docx files."

"Guido's flat is in a very nice residential complex in a lovely area. The views are awesome and just 10 mins from Moena, you are spoiled for choice with so many amazing places to visit. "My husband and I were very comfortable in Cesa da Riz during our 2 week stay. Maurizio was very welcoming and gave us plenty of material about the surrounding area. The flat is big for 2 people, very clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. It is well situated with plenty of walking nearby. The views are stunning. We appreciated the sun beds on the terrace to relax after energetic and rather steep walks in the Dolomites. Colle S Lucia is a beautiful little town and we enjoyed regular evening...

"Beautiful area and clean apartment. Plenty of space and 2 bathroom and sauna were perfect. The only downside was there was a heavy cigarette smoker in another apartment and the cigarette smoke and smell came in thru windows and on the porch. We had to keep the windows closed and could not sit on the porch to enjoy a glass of wine due to continuing cigarette smoke. It was unfortunate because the mountain air was so fresh and the lovely view!"
