"The property was well located, a short drive from the airport and then again to Old Vallarta. It was safe and secure with someone at the gate 24/7. The staff were amazing from check-in, entertainment, dining and housekeeping. They were attentive but not overbearing, which all helped make the experience very enjoyable. Stand out was Raul in the entertainment staff. He was fantastic! Engaging, friendly and informative. He was always ready for a chat and really got guests involved with activities. Highlight definitely the water aerobics and pool black jack. The food was top notch, all meals, besides the events nights were a la carte, cooked fresh and presented impeccably. The bistro boasted a new menu each evening to keep things interesting. Snacks were always available. The bar staff were very accommodating and drinks delicious. If you are looking for a girls getaway or a week away with the family. This place is the perfect spot. "

"Was here for 6 days and had no complaints other than the Mediterranean a la carte, it was old food and the restaurant was dirty. However, every other restaurant was excellent! Italian was my personal favourite. The resort was very clean, ALL staff were absolutely awesome and friendly. Rooms were great, ac worked and had a nice ocean view. Roof top pool and bar was definitely the spot to be! Would definitely go back and recommend to others"

"Excellent location by the beach. Food is great with a lot of varieties to choose from. Staff are awesome especially to Norma and team , our cleaning lady and room service; Danae , Jaime and team at the chivechiria bar, Raf Ael and marirose at the breakfast and Alejandro in the Italian resto. There's not a lot of activities in the resort, but its a nice place to just relax."

"Probably the best option for all inclusive hotel at a great price! This resort has a good location, yes it may appear older as mentioned in other reviews however, it is very clean and honestly has all you need. The pools are nice as is the mini water park. The buffet is average, but the specialty restaurants are great, the staff at the Mexican restaurant were superb. I've been here on three occasions and the staff is always great. But the person who always stands out to me is Pedro at the pool who kindly made sure we had food and drinks at all times, also providing us shade and tables when possible, those details win us over! I can wait to go back to this resort! "
