"Beautiful, large house that was perfect for our trip out to visit family and go skiing at Mount Rose. Kids loved the game room and the tree house. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of soft towels for everyone. My only minor issue is that the oven, and kitchen in general, is a bit small to cook for a large group (we had 6 adults and 4 kids). Also, the grill was not working during our stay, the owner did apologize for the inconvenience and committed to getting it fixed. Would definitely stay here...

"In short, the home was very nice. Very clean, with new appliances, bathrooms, and the beds were comfortable. We had an internet problem one day and Jessica was very responsive to fix the problem. I highly recommend this house."

"PROs: Perfect location, right by Kings Beach. Stroll right across the street to the Lake. Lots of great coffee joints, shops and restaurants just a short stroll away. Bed was comfy, came with a comfy chair and foot rest Generally quiet neighbors Check in process was easy Great price! CONs: - seemed clean when we first walked in, but once we got settled we started seeing that some spoons were not clean, some stray hairs were left about. Nothing major but not impressive - WiFi didn’t work/was...

"We had a great stay. The check in process was difficult. We could only get into our unit because the house cleaner was still there and could help us with the code. There was a couple there with us, trying to get into their unit and their lock had to be recoded. Phone calls were needed. Our AC didn't work. Otherwise nice place and near beaches and sightseeing places. A bit loud at night as near street."

"We were very happy with the accommodations Super clean and beds comfortable It was a little cold in the morning especially in the bathroom. The little heater didn't quite get the warm heat into the bathroom. A hair dryer would have been nice to have. There were dishes, glasses,and cups, but no eating utensils, that would have been helpful Thank You for a delightful stay!"
