Unexpected surprise

Posted Apr 8, 2014
Pros: Kitchenete was nice - although we didn't use it. Spacious bedroom, lots of closet space and shelves.
Cons: The rooms close to the pool probably were not as nice due to the noisy pool area.
I booked this hotel online because it was a good price. I was very pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The room included a kitchen (stove, fridge microwave, sink) and table to seat 6. It had the kitchen/dining room in front and the bedroom separate in back. The bedroom didn't have a window which was nice to keep the room dark and quiet. My daughter liked that it had a couch so she didn't have to share a bed with her brother. There were a lot of families on spring break so it was kind of noisy but not extreme. The breakfast included cereal, juice, toast and make your own waffles from 7-9 am.

Ok. Not Great but good.

Pros: convenient location.
It was fine for the price. It has more of an apartment feeling. Not the hotel clean ness but clean enough to stay comfortable. Anytime there is a kitchenette it is a bonus. I went in not expecting great and I was comfortable. I was happy staying there. I didn't see dirty just used. Water pressure was good and there was a tv in the front and a tv in the bedrooms. good for a family! maybe my room was a better one. 216 and 218. newer countertops.

We left after 3 minutes.

I knew it was a bad idea. I should not have booked this hotel. I only have myself to blame. Trust your gut, stay somewhere else.

Cons: Service, cleaner rooms, better beds, better tv's and remotes, friendlier,
Location: Location was great. Close to shopping and eating places. But don't let that be a draw for you!!
I took it because it was a last minute reservation and nothing else was available. Teach me to wait until the last minute. Beds were horrible, wobbly and uncomfortable. Wasn't the cleanest place to stay. Breakfast was ok. Waffles, cereal or toast were your only options. TV's had horrible reception. Remotes had the batteries taped inside them. Staff weren't the friendliest. When told about our problem they just sort of laughed and told us they would fix the beds. They never did and we had to ask again. I will sleep in my vehicle before staying here again.

Worst Stay Yet!!!

Posted Mar 31, 2014
We've stayed here a few times over the years, this was by far the nastiest room ever!! Checked in around 1AM and the front desk attendant was rude and unpleasant, probably because we woke him up to check in. Got an awesome rate on the room thru the mobile app, but definitely got what we paid for. Worst stay yet, there was trash and an old brush from a previous tenant. Obviously had not been CLEANED since the last person, grimy floors and carpet trash. Shower head sprayed all over the place. The couch was so grimy looking we thru the bedspread over it before sitting on it. Very Disappointing stay to say the least.

About what I expected.

Pros: The location and the heated indoor pool. The kids were in it every night.
Cons: Continue to update the rooms and furnishings.
Location: Snow Canyon, golf, shopping and lots of places to eat.
Convenient hotel. Central location was perfect for our needs. I was not expecting a Hilton but our rooms were satisfactory. The staff was kind and accommodating. It was a bit dirty but I think it was because of the age of the property not the cleaning staff. They did what they could. We had adjoining rooms and one had a full kitchen and the other had a small fridge with a microwave.

Good for a small budget. Some things were broken

It was ok. Liked the kitchenette and a door to close on the bedroom.

I chose it because I had limited options with a tournament and my last-minute booking, but $114 WOW, and the promised Wi-Fi didn't work, employees useless, and the fridge didn't work either.

Would consider this a $30 hotel.

Pros: It was close to Dixie State.
Cons: Everything and anything.
Staff was not very friendly. Free breakfast constisted of cereal and weird waffles. The pool was just okay. Our suite was a decent size but not clean and very dated. The kitchen was kind of gross and the dishes were all dirty. Seemed like a lot of shady people and activities going on. We paid $60/night and it definitely was not worth it. Only picked this place because it had an indoor hot tub. Would not go back.
