"I really enjoyed our stay at the chateau. Everything went smoothly and the place was well put together. There were a couple communication mishaps, but I think that was more related to the app than anything. Joseph was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the whole weekend. I have definitely noted this place for a return visit in the winter!"

"We had a fantastic stay at the Hirox. Joshua kept in contact well before our arrival in order to pre-heat the residence, which was a very lovely and personable touch. You can tell that Joshua really cares for this property and for the guests that stay in it. The pictures were quite accurate, including the beautiful views from the balcony! "Our group of 6 (wife, friend, our three young kids, and myself) had a lovely time at this house. The house is bright, well maintained, clean, with a properly stocked kitchen. We had an amazing 3 day weekend without straying more than 10 minutes from the house. "We wanted to spend a few days skiing at Belleayre and the house is conveniently located just a few minutes drive away. The premises were very clean and provided all of the comfort we needed during our staying. The pantry was nicely stocked and the kitchen had plenty of appliances to cook a storm if we wanted to. Room for improvement consists of better beds/mattresses (I know it is subjective but the twin bed is really too soft and the single ones weren't any better) and more tableware....

"We like to meet up with some friends from Maine about once a year near the halfway point between us. Ray's Chalet is a great place to chill out and relax with friends and family. "one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."

"If you are not looking for this place you will miss it. If you miss it you would be missing out. The place wasn't bad, but the staff was awesome. Paul makes sure you have everything you need, I feel like I made a new friend. The room was redone & had a lot of character with everything you need to enjoy your week at Cooperstown. The bathroom was much bigger than a normal hotel bathroon which was nice. The location was great too. The short drive to CDP is easy, plus you enter from the best direction. It was easy to run back to room in between games to get out of the weather as needed."
