"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The room was spacious and our host was fantastic. She left a yummy breakfast for us and was more than willing to help us when we needed it. The area was great! Most things are in walking distance and we found some good restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again. "

"Wir hatten in der ersten Aprilwoche unseren Urlaub in Fazana verbracht. Das war wahrscheinlich die schönste Ferienwohnung, die wir gesehen haben. Wir haben sehr den Meeresausblick und die Nähe zum Meer genoßen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen!!!"

"Die Unterkunft war super. Vor der Haustür hatten wir einen eigenen Parkplatz, weshalb wir uns keine Sorgen um unser Auto machen mussten. Wir hatten eine tolle Terrasse, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit TV, Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer waren alle gemütlich und sauber. Der Gastgeber war extrem nett und hat uns auch nach unserem Wohlbefinden gefragt. Die Lage war super. Neben dem Haus ist ein Konzum(Supermarkt) und zum Zentrum sind wir 10 Minuten zu Fuß gegangen. Immer wieder gerne."

"For us it was the perfect base to spend our vacation in croatia and explore istria and we loved especially the little garden under olive trees and the surroundings. Living in a quiet environment and being in Pula city centre within 5-8 minutes by car. The hosts are very nice and it was an overall pleasant stay! We can definitely recommend it :)"

"Had a great stay here for five nights. Mario, Mira, and family are wonderful, thoughtful hosts. We had a welcome dinner, got a box of vegetables from Mario’s garden, and were invited to his granddaughters’ birthday party (it was on the property one day), and to a village festival right nearby. "We stayed here a week and everything was wonderful. The apartment was spotless, beautiful, and had more kitchen appliances than my own home. The views are outstanding and it's a wonderful place to relax. The only downside was that the directions for how to get there were terrible, Google Maps thinks it's in the wrong spot, and we got lost for almost two hours trying to find the place. We called the local contact, but she only spoke German. If we hadn't run into Germans who also spoke English...

"Everything went smoothly from booking until the stay itself. Kristina and her husband were so helpful - from allowing early check in and late check out to making up an extra bed and providing a second coffee machine when we stupidly didn't operate the first one correctly! The flat is in a great location: 10 mins from the bus station in one direction and 10 to the centre of town in the other. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Great location and beautiful apartment. Eni the on-site manager was great to deal with. Listing could use a microwave but it had all else needed. Unit is on the 3rd floor without an elevator/ lift. Unit did have a washing machine that I do not remember being on the listing. We stayed 5 nights and there was only one roll of toilet paper supplied and two towels."

"Three of us stayed in Cord's apartment for a week in Peroj. The apartment was in a wonderful location, not only for the view but also for the perfect central hub to see all in the Istrian peninsula that we wanted to see. Having the washer in the unit was a much appreciated amenity along with a well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to visiting the area again in the future, hopefully in the summer. Thank you/danke Cord!"
