"The property is nothing like shown on the website. The loft with a bed is only a dream. If a dormitory like building & a shoebox of a room with a brick wall for view is to your liking then Kasa is just that. Homeless camps within view of the entrance is also worth mentioning. I checked in via virtual front desk, walked into the room and walked right out. Called Kasa & the agents were fantastic by phone & texts for lip service but useless for a refund solution, allegedly due to the booking done...

I was comfortable and so was my daughter despite us both being miserable and later ending up in a hospital. But I will always remember this place very fondly. "Bryce, the owner, communicated well and promptly. He was willing to do anything to make us comfortable. However the apartment he had for us had everything one would need for a comfortable stay. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown Salt Lake City . We were just a few minutes away from parking at the Salt Palace and had easy and close access to shopping and enjoying the Salt Lake Valley. I highly recommend Bryce as a host and the apartments that he uses for his BnB service."

"We stayed here for two weeks for a ski vacation and really enjoyed it. Easy access to both Cottonwood canyons and even Deer Valley wasn't that far. Good privacy, we didn't see or hear the owners during our stay. It was nice to have a garage to park in. The owner is incredibly nice and even left us fresh baked cookies during our stay. Saw antlered deer in the back yard. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. Looking forward to staying here again."

"We have stayed at Soleil before! It really has everything you need. The location is perfect! We moved away nearly 10 yrs ago. We like to come stay, and for our kids to all come see us through out the week. Bringing our grandbabies of course . So close to shopping and great restaurants! We will stay again for certain! "This is a lovely place. The host was so nice - on the day we arrived, it was snowing a lot. The host started to shuffle the driveway at 5 pm and put rock salt on the driveway for us. We arrived late at 10 pm. On the kitchen counter, there was a small gift bag that included a pancake mix. They also provide hot chocolate, coffee, oatmeal, etc. The beds were comfortable."

"Truthfully I picked this spot because of the beautiful church view from the bed not to mention the gorgeous snow covered mountains everything else was a bonus. The rooftop was stunning I even enjoyed a little party complete with DJ thanks to the welcoming neighbors, I worked in the lobby one day just because the space was so inviting! The location is wonderful you are downtown, but not in the middle of the shopping centers walking distance to everything you could want and I felt completely safe...

"This was the perfect weekend getaway for us! The detached studio is at the end of a covered driveway. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the interior and it had everything we needed including kitchen supplies and appliances. There is a skylight in the unit that lets in some outdoor noise like the nearby road and neighbor dogs, but it didn’t bother us too much. It is renovated and nicely decorated, and the bed was comfy. The host responded quickly to us, and the check in was super simple...

"The host is a wonderful communicator. The apartment is lovely. You can tell there is a lot of thought and energy put into making each person feel welcome. My girls and I had plenty of room to spend time together and also have alone time. The location made it easy to get to the slopes and to the University. We will stay here again if our travel takes us to Utah."
