Decent for the price

Posted Apr 17, 2014
Cheap hotel in a great location. In Old Town Temecula in walking distance from restauraunt sand night life. You get what you pay for however. Room is a little grimy but the linnens were clean. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke but they said they would have moved us. If we mentioned it to them.

Think Twice

Posted Apr 2, 2014
Pros: Clean and organized
Cons: Not sure the inn can do anything to solve their problems
Location: restaurants, Starbucks, antique shops.
It was overall ok with the stay. The room was clean and organized and hotel staff are fine. However, the inn is located in old town which I thought it would be nice. But it ended up like a party night owls area. The person stayed next door was loud and up with friends 3 AM and the manager didn't do anything until we called. It was disappointing. Plus, people's friends were chilling and parked at the parking lot and we ended up parking on the street. That is just simply not ok. So I like the place but it is not the best location to stay.

Basic Comfort in Old Town Temecula

Posted Mar 20, 2014
Pros: Good location at a good price
Location: Good restaurants and nighttime entertainment are available within 2 blocks.
We had a comfortable stay within two blocks of the center of Old Town Temecula. The front office people were pleasant and the bed was comfortable. The room was quiet.

Location

Posted Mar 19, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: A better way to enter and exit off of the premises.
Location: Dining, bar hopping, very close to I-15 fwy.
Good location for experiencing Old Town Temecula. Dining and bars well within walking distance. Entering and exiting the hotel can be a hassle depending on the traffic due to being on the main strip. Other customers can be heard from outside but this hotel naturally attracts young and or older party goers due to the location so don't be surprised.

Nothing fancy but comfortable.

Pros: I liked the option of a king size bed.
Cons: The pool was closed for some type of retrofit when we visited, I expect this is a short term issue.
Location: Near two Casinos and freeway close.
This is a great option for the traveler on a budget. King size bed with great support. The night staff were helpful and capable. I would definitely check-in again. I am retired now but I traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and I have experienced the gauntlet of overnight accommodations. This Rodeway Inn, was exactly what I was looking for, a clean room, comfortable bed offering a good night's rest. If you are looking for an "experience" this Inn would not offer the "over the top" ammenities.

Do not stay here

Posted Feb 10, 2014
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything.
Location: Great wine tasting, but spend the money to stay elsewhere.
Do not stay here. The first night, at 2AM, the room next to us and the room across the parking lot had a contest to see who could yell the loudest. I called the hotel manager, and they said they would take care of it, but didn't do anything. The next night, at 3AM, a car alarm in the parking lot of the hotel went off for 30 minutes. I called the hotel manager and they didn't do anything about it. Carpet is disgusting, I wore white socks around for 10 minutes and they were black after walking around. Bed had stains on the top blanket, it was disgusting and gross. The pool was drained, and we didn't know about that until we got there. Do not stay here. Spend the extra $50-100 and stay elsewhere.

Close, but no cigar.

This is right in old town but its the bottom of the barrel as far as motels are concerned. The pool is not heated and it took a half half for the jacuzzi to heat up. The rooms are below average. But, it's cheap. So, if you're just sleeping and don't want to pay much, this is all you.

Ok for a place to crash

Posted Jan 5, 2014 on Hotels.com
It's an older motel but for the price it's ok. Bad tv, beds ok. Bathroom decent. I wouldn't take a date here but it's in a good location on the strip. The front desk guy Matt was a jerk. I will be complaining to the manager about him. We got there an hour early and couldn't check in and he would not let us use the restroom in the office so we had to go down the street. He should be fired.
