I made a complaint at the hotel to Charlotte and later to Jonathan regarding the TV that did not work, the light that did not turn on, the toilet that did not flush until later, and the body wash dispenser that was broken and unusable, which I found out while taking a shower. I messaged the A.I. agent on direct message for hotels.com, but A.I. said my confirmation number and itinerary number did not exist, yet they were sent to me from hotels.com. I finally got a person on the phone yesterday, and they transferred me to a complaint for reimbursement line, and this complaint line hung up on me. Please call me or email me what to do next because it was a very unpleasant experience at the Fairfield Inn Marriott on August 6 -7, and I have tried to complain to hotels.com several times.
