The room smelled absolutely awful.

The room absolutely smelled awful. We requested some air freshener to try to get the smell out but nothing worked. There were no towels on our room. When we requested towels they only brought us one...and there were three of us. Not sure how that was supposed to work. Awful overall

Pros: Not much at all.
Cons: Complete overhaul of hotel and staff.
Very disappointing. There was no bar soap or hair conditioner in the bathroom. Tissue box on the wall was empty. Two different light bulbs were burnt out. None of the ice machines worked in the whole hotel. Desk person had to go get it in the kitchen. Avoid this hotel!

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. On the second night at 9 o'clock in the morning one of the staff knocked on the door and asked if we leaving or staying. Check out time is 12. I said we were still sleeping and put a tag on door do not disturb. 15 mind later janitor knocked on door and asked to come in to clean the room. And that was at 9 oclock in the morning!!!! I stayed in hundreds of hotels but this one is one of the worst..

quiet location near the I75

Pros: Convenience, small, breakfast included.
Cons: Carpet could use a steam cleaning and could use new bed spreads.
Location: Near highway, near restaurants, near grocery stores and gas stations!
Great spot to stop and sleep on the way south. Breakfast included. The beds were comfortable.

The room cleanliness was awful. We found a pork chop bone under the bed, a dirty washrag fell from the shower curtain rod,the tv remote did not work, cigarette burns in our nonsmoking room sheets, a burnt out light bulb in bedside lamp, the security door to the outside was not functioning covered in ice and propped open. Management was not sympathetic.

Staff was excellent. Hotel was clean, warm and inviting. They served a full breakfast. Unfortunately we didn't use the pool area but I would definitely stay here again. Only down side is access to the hotel after exiting the freeway.

Pros: Nothing!!
Cons: Staff should make sure house keeping have made accommodations acceptable. Since my reservation was for only one night, make certain the room is clean.
Location: Fast food restaurants, expressway nearby
I paid for my room in advance. I arrived on Dec. 19, in the evening. The outside temperature about or below 30 degrees. The temperature in the room was about the same. It took about 6 hours to get the room warm. I slept in my clothes. I was in the room for 30 minutes or less, when I needed to use the restroom, the toilet was full of tissue paper. I called the front desk, and the front desk person came to the room and used a plunger to clear the toilet. It would be my guess, since the bathroom had clean towels, soap, etc., a hotel employee was responsible for leaving the toilet in that condition. The front desk employee, said he would give me a 15% discount on my room. Shortly after, someone called my room to inform me that the 15% would only be an option the next time I visited their hotel. I explained that I was in town for a college graduation the next day, and had no future plans to return. I had planned to voice my disappointment of this motel, but I have been sick from sleeping in that ice box room.
