Customer service was splendid even though I spilled my drink at front desk and offered to clean it up they refused and instead offered me a new drink even though the drink was from Culver’s like seriously so nice of them bro!

First time staying here - very pleased. The courtyard is beautiful in the spring time. The courtyard was very quiet and relaxing on the night of our stay. I especially loved sitting on our balcony. I love balconies!! Pam at the front desk is delightful!! Her personality is well suited for her position!! She is definitely a keeper!!

I was very satisfied with my stay… However, when I got in the room to me, it smelled like stale beer. Once I got settled, I went to throw something away in the garbage can under the desk, and they were empty beer bottles in there then I opened up the refrigerator and there was more beer in there, at least I know where the stale beer smell came from other than that, it was very nice and clean and quiet. Staff was really nice.
