"The apartment was relatively clean, well stocked, and the 2 queen-sized beds were comfortable. Short walk to cruise port shuttle pickup. No AC, but there are floor fans and windows in every room that open (some only partially). Full kitchen, laundry units, nice walk-in rain shower plus second bathroom with tub. "The hosts Corrado and Maria Grazia are simply the best. Our communication with them before our stay was prompt and informative. They met us at the apartment at the agreed time and were so gracious. The apartment was very clean, was spacious and everything you could need. I would highly recommend this apartment for rental in the Civitavecchia port area. It is very convenient to the port and to the train station,all can be reached by foot."

"This is the cleanest property I’ve come across in vacation rentals. It’s comfortable, cozy, close to the beach and to the highway for easy sightseeing. The balcony is huge, just like in the pics, and it’s possible to spend the whole day there thanks to partial shading. The neighborhood is small and very quiet. "Marili met us at the door and was very friendly. She thought of EVERYTHING! The apartment is very well equipped. Marili offers many other tourist related services too but we weren't there long enough to take advantage of them. Would love to go back again for a longer stay. "Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful.
