The only 2 issues with the property are: the flush doesn't work very well; the shower water is not hot enough. She is also informed and said would have someone came over to fix."

The best part was a spectacular fireworks show right outside our window for New Years. I've never had front row seats to fireworks, up that high. It was amazing. "We absolutely loved our Christmas stay at Luis's gorgeous apartment. Because things are a little quiet over Christmas, it was important for us to have a nice place we could have a good time in. "The best thing about this stay is the host, Rebecca. She is super responsive and eager to make your stay special. The location is between Old San Juan and Condado…so both are easy to get to via Uber. The beach (El Escambron) was easy to get to and is walkable. The place was very clean and as described. Loved the patio out back with the lights. A great place to wind down with a glass of wine at the end of a busy day."

"The view is awesome - we spent most of our time just sitting either on the balcony or in the living room looking out the window. Right outside the window are two drink/food stands one of which plays beach music from 11am to 6pm (reggae, EDM, etc). We loved the vibe. Plenty of restaurants around. We had an issue with the kitchen sink and Manish handled sent his colleague Jorge to fix it very promptly. Great communication on the checkin and checkout. The apartment had everything we needed."
