"Lovely small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The continental breakfast was lovely. Our only complaints were how hot the rooms were( a/c never cooled it down and window barely cracked open). It would be unbearable in the summer and they tended to only give us two small towels. Had to get extras every day. Overall, I would stay here again but in cooler months. "

"We really liked the hotel and how convenient it was to all of London’s major attractions! It is located above Charring Cross station and really close to Embankment station. It was so easy to walk or get the tube anywhere you wanted to go! The staff was terrific and the room was lovely and nice and quiet! Will be back again when in London!"
