the staff were very nice but some of them were really nasty. The big problem for us what the false advetisiting which claimed that this hotel was good for families because it had a laundry service but it does not!!! And the staff know very well about this false claim in Expedia but they simply dont care!

Great location for accessing the sights in London, but it’s like being right in the middle of Times Square, so there is no zen in the neighbourhood. There is an obvious trade off in that respect. I had two rooms over four nights (had to change for my final night) and the second room was right next to the elevator (lift). You do not want this room. Lots of noise from people getting on and off and lots of noise from the lift itself. My room was 1102, so consider 1202, 1302, etc will be the same. Don’t take these rooms unless u are a deep sleeper. Overall, I enjoyed myself here. The hotel’s greatest attribute is its location to popular sights and neighbourhoods, but based on price, amenities and my room experience, I would look for a different hotel next time in London

The restaurant for breakfast is super nice, most of the staff are professional, and in a super convenient location. The only thing is the toilet inside the room looks like it has not been renewed completely.

Location is perfect for us to explore London with bus or underground. Walkable to Covent garden which are full of good shops and restaurants. The room is a bit tight as we are in the city center, but the bath room shower is great to get your stress out after a good day walking around. I love the mini bar snacks of cookies, candies and chips. Of course the tea set is right there at your figure tips. There’s a Starbucks inside the hotel which is super convenient for a quick coffee and bite and the staff is just top notch at service.

I always try to stay at The Clermont for My London trips. The location is perfect, the staff is fantastic and I always feel safe and secure. Breakfast there is a delightful start to the day and dining room and bar staff are always filled with great information about where to go, how to get there and ALL the important things. London without The Clermont? No. Just no.

Property is great. You can’t beat the location. We stayed here in March and if/when we return to London this will be the only place we look into. We are pretty self sufficient, don’t generally need anything from the staff except towels. This time our shuttle for 9 to Heathrow did not show up. The front desk staff took charge to try and find us rides. We ended up taking taxi’s but they went above and beyond to help us without us asking them to. 6 Star!

Great property with walkable restaurants, groceries, souvenirs, and convenience stores. Tube is right next door. Room was large for the area, enough room for 2 adults and 2 teens. Snacks and drinks were free and restocked daily.
