"This chalet was a perfect basecamp for traveling the Interlaken region. It is within a 20-minute walk of a major train station and the bus is one minute from the front door. "The view overlooking the lake is stunning! The chalet was very clean and had thoughtful touches. The location is perfect for exploring Thun, Interlaken and the Lauterbrunnen Valley. We enjoyed grocery shopping nearby and preparing a few meals in the well-equipped kitchen. We slept so well in the comfortable beds and the country quiet. The owner was very responsive and flexible. "Ursula and Peter are amazing and very helpful hosts .They left us some delicious bread and snacks Also offered milk as the stores were closed. They helped us with luggage too . The views from balcony are very beautiful we could just and relax all day.It is very clean and cozy place . The bus stop was very close by and we had no problem with connections to the trains. Highly recommend the place"

"We came in the summer looking to hike in the area and it was great. We were there only a few day but wish we had a longer stay. Many hiking/biking trails. Sabrina is a wonderful host and very helpful. It is not a large house but the 3 of us had plenty of room. The kitchen has everything you need and all the appliances worked and appear fairly new. "Wengen - Wow! And what a perfect chalet to experience it from. It is cozy, beautiful, well-located and….the view! I jokingly said that postcards must have been invented here because otherwise no one would believe that such a place exists. The decor of the chalet is beautiful and cozy. It invites “hanging out”. "Fantastic view on the lakes and mountains, close to many hikes as well. About 15-20 minutes from Interlaken up in the mountain. Excellent equipment and beautiful terrace. Unfortunately, we tripped a breaker on our last night when my daughter tried to plug her adapter herself, losing electricity...didn't find the right box/breaker to reset ! Hopefully, nothing broke. "The property manager gave great directions and correspondence before arrival. The beds were in two separate areas, but the main level bed and bedding were uncomfortable. The separate downstairs and 2nd bedroom doesn't heat up and stay very cold if you have to utilize it which we did with 4 adults. The balcony is very nice and has a great view, parking is easy.
