"The property was clean and there were plenty of sleeping spots for our family. The condo was well stocked and communication with the owner was excellent. Our attempt to connect to Wifi had to be rebooted and someone came immediately to help. We had no other issues that needed attention. Check out was easy and instructions for both check in and out were clear and minimal."

"This is a great place for easy access to Boyne Mountain for a ski weekend. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us (6 adults and 4 kids). Communication with host was easy. No issues at all! Would definitely recommend."

"The condo was clean, well appointed and spacious for our family of 5. Loved the location as well. The only issue was that fireplace was listed as an amenity and it was actually out of use which was a bummer on this snowy weekend. Pool and hot tub were great also"

"We have stayed in several units in this complex over the last few years. While the view of the lake is less than that from other units, this one offered more privacy and amenities. In addition, there were screens on most of the windows and a screen door so that we could enjoy the UpNorth air. This unit was spacious, well maintained and provided everything we needed for our stay including cooking basics, a white noise box, and extra toiletries, if needed. The washer and dryer were another plus....

"This condo that we rented for 3 days was WONDERFUL. There was 4 of us ladies that went and we had such great accommodations for bathrooms, showers, bedrooms.The kitchen had everything you would need in a kitchen. The beds were comfortable, pillows were nice. Can’t think of one thing to say wrong about this condo. I would definitely go back there and recommend it to anyone going to the Petoskey, Harbor Springs area. "

"The stay was nice and there was room for everyone which was great and sometimes hard to find with a big family. The only problem I had was there was an unclean water warning and because of that the pools were out which was one of the main reasons for picking this property. They could have sent me a message letting me know those things so I could have made other arrangements. My kids were looking forward to the pools and playground equipment that was also under construction. If anything I should...
