"Everything was perfect!"

"Overall, a great little condo! Very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with Kim was expeditious and prompt. Located close to the University of Michigan and downtown Ann Arbor. A couple of things that could be improved — 1) one of the twin mattresses was squeaky when moving during sleep. 2) the door to the building was always unlocked so anybody could go in and out. These issues were minor and I would definitely stay at Kim’s condo again."

"The loft is adorable in a beautiful neighborhood very close to the University of Michigan campus. The loft was neat and clean with just about everything we needed (a couple of wine glasses would have been an added bonus). The bathroom had an amazing large shower with awesome water pressure. "Loved the location. Walking distance to everything. Yes, the restaurant below gets loud at night (great food though!). We had a late night so the loud music didn't bother us. Fantastic communication with the host too!"

"Overall it worked well. We just needed somewhere to stay for one night and it worked. The only criticism I would have really is the temperature. Upstairs was very very hot which for me made it semi difficult to sleep but overall nice property in a good area."

"The check-in process was easy and so quick! Upon arrival, we found our parking spot and we were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the apartment was. "This little place packs everything you need for your stay into a studio apartment. The kitchenette was perfect for heating up leftovers or having an easy breakfast. The Murphy bed is very tall but so comfortable. The linens are so soft! The bathroom was really clean and had a lot of nice natural light during the day. This is the best decorated rental I’ve ever stayed in. So cozy and welcoming. The hosts were very communicative and allowed me to bring my toddler last minute. Can’t say enough good...
