If you don't get mugged in the dark and dirty streets outside the hotel, the staff will make sure they take every opportunity to stiff you on your bill. "The staff was very courteous and helpful every step of the way. The main dining area and patio is beautiful. The location is not central but still has plenty of shops and restaurants around. 20 minute walk gets you into the centre. The rooms are not soundproof and there is some machine noise that goes on all night, also you can hear noise from corridor and hallways easily. I had trouble sleeping because of that. Also no window in room which made it very dark. "

"The rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast was great with staff offering to make eggs to your liking. We had two rooms, the only issue was with noise one night and hot water one of the days. When we returned back from MachuPichu, we had different rooms which were excellent"

"Location is a bit far from Plaza de Armas, where all the restaurants and action is. You could take Uber which would be very cheap and worth the savings for the hotel. Breakfast is included and wifi was great. They had a water station as well. Front desk staff was not in the best of moods, probably one of the colder exchanges I've had in all of Peru, but bang for buck this place is not bad. Just not close to anything"
