We loved the property, they had tea 24/7 in the lobby, the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful....breakfast was wonderful!!!
We love the location too!!
The hotel is in a convenient location and the staff are extremely friendly. There is free filtered water in the lobby and you can leave your bag with the hotel if you are going on a multi-day hiking trip.
This was a fairly modern hotel in a fairly close proximity to the city centre, though with small kids we chose to travel via taxi. Good food from the restaurant. Helpful and friendly staff. We even got a complimentary dessert plate on arrival. Would choose to stay here again if given the choice.
This is a very popular Hotel in Cusco. Large lobby off the front desk is always full of people. Excellent staff, restaurant is awesome, Breakfast was excellent. Its a little away from attractions but a decent walk to get to the center. Very easy to get transportation from this hotel.
The hotel is exceptional the staff is amazing and extremely helpful, the breakfast buffet is wonderful and the restaurantās food is impeccable. The laundry service is a plus, the location is perfect for all your tour pick ups and drop off I would definitely be staying there againā¦
The staff was incredibly happy, helpfull and always there for me. If I had questions or concerns they always had the answers. Very great experience in Cusco!
It was a really good experience to stay in this hotel. The customer service was 100% was excellent. The restaurant was incredible good. Marcelo one of the waiters took really good care of us. The room was clean. The room service was amazing. The location was super good within walking distance of all the main restaurants and plaza. Donāt hesitate and reserve in this hotel if you visit Cusco.
Great buffet, clean hotel. My room was on the first floor in the lobby and it was quite loud, next time I would request a patio view or an upper floor.
Great location and friendly staff. However, the beds were not very comfortable, and the bathrooms felt a bit small. Other than that, it was a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay.
The hotel was as advertised and convenient to the plaza. I really liked the decor and loved the special pastry welcome treat. The staff were very helpful.
Loved this hotel. Great location, great breakfast and nice location. They only thing they didn't have was bottled water but there were markets right down the street where you could buy it (so not a huge deal). I would definitely stay here again.
Excellent Stay in Cusco āāāāā
We had an excellent stay at Hotel Cusco La Paccha, Affiliated by MeliĆ”. From the moment we arrived, the service and customer care were outstanding. The staff were welcoming, attentive and always willing to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the food was excellent. After long days exploring Cusco and the surrounding attractions, it was always nice to return to a clean and comfortable hotel where we felt well taken care of.
What stood out most for us was the level of service. The staff genuinely made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco. Excellent service, great food, cleanliness and genuine hospitality.
āāāāā Highly recommended!
Super close to bus shuttle. It was walking distance which helped after a long day on the train and bus from Aguas Calientes. It was a bit of a walk to get to the plaza but still manageable either by foot or uber. The hotel had a restaurant which stayed open until late. And breakfast was pretty good. They didnāt have water in the room though so you had to go downstairs to get it. And tub felt a little high to get in and out.
Very happy with this hotel overall. 4 stars instead of 5 for a few small reasons. Laundry is SUPER expensive compared to other hotels and laundry services in the country. And the checkout is really early, 10am.
Also, donāt get the patio view rooms. We stayed here twice, a couple days before and few days after the Inca Trail. The first stay we booked a Patio View room and your room is very close to a busy road so itās noisy. The second time we got just a regular standard room and it was so peaceful with a beautiful view of their garden.
We also were never given a room upgrade or food & drink discount, even though it was listed as a perk for Expedia Platinum accounts. Other hotels have gone above and beyond with this perk and with this hotel, nothing. Small thing though.
Their spa really did help with soreness after the Inca trail. Itās a bit more expensive compared to other massages advertised in the area, but I was also told that the cheaper massages are not good quality.
The room was very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, there were several issues that really affected our stay. The TV did not work, and there was no internet connection at all during our stay. We also had no hot water, which was especially frustrating after a long day. We notified the front desk, but they simply smiled and did not do anything to resolve the issue.
The room also did not have air conditioning or a proper heater. They provided a small plug-in heater, but it can get extremely hot if left running overnight.
Overall, while the room itself was spacious and the beds were comfortable, the lack of basic amenities and the lack of response from the staff made the stay disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The location is pretty nice because its close enough to walk to the main attractions but also not too far a taxi ride from the airport. The staff was polite and get me situated quickly. The bed was good, but the bathroom was older and not as clean as I'd like. Breakfast was ok too, but there were not many different options for dietary restrictions (i.e., vegetarian, vegan, gluten free). Overall, it was solid for a last minute one night stay and the interior design of the common areas with the atriums is super cool, but it also makes for a noisy sleep unfortunately, so I might try a different spot next time but would still recommend it as a good budget option.
Hotel Cusco La Paccha, was truly one of the best hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. It was absolutely worth every penny, and our experience here is one of the reasons we already plan to return next year.
The staff was top notch, kind, professional, attentive, and extremely helpful. What impressed me the most was how they helped us when my dad unexpectedly needed medical attention. The hotel staff was able to arrange for a doctor to come directly to the hotel to evaluate him. He needed oxygen and medication, and they helped coordinate everything for us. Of course, the medical services were an additional cost, but we found the cost incredibly affordable, especially considering the level of care and convenience provided. As a family traveling away from home, having that kind of support meant so much to us.
They also offer luggage storage, which was extremely helpful while we traveled to other towns before returning to Cusco.
The hotel was very clean, the location was excellent, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. For my family and me, our experience was simply amazing.
I highly recommend Hotel Cusco La Paccha, and we will definitely be returning next year.
Thank you to the entire staff for your kindness, hospitality, and for helping make our trip to Cusco so memorable. ā¤ļø
This hotel has a lot of potential but falls short. For what I can see it does a lot of the big things very well; that being, location, cleanliness, staff is friendly, they have a bell hop, and they have a large continental style buffet breakfast. This hotel from not doing the same things well. No AC in our room which would have been fine if the windows open to the outside, rather they opened to the hallway which was very stuffy. The cleaning lady would constantly move our things which we found creepy. They kept deactivating my room key so I would have to ask them to reactivate it (this happened twice). You need one room key just for the lights (poor design). They donāt supply wash rags. The hotel has two stores and a restaurant in the lobby but no ATM. The breakfast is not good. The hotel manger here has a lot of work to do very subpar stay.
This is a beautiful clean property wirh very helpful bi-lingual staff. The location is wirhin walking distance from the main city square. There is a beautiful large craft market directly across the street.
