"My wife and I stayed here and everything was great. The house itself is pretty small but perfect for 2 people. Everything inside was very clean and up to date for the most part. They had everything we needed for the beach (chairs, umbrella, and cooler). It's about as close to the beach as you can get without actually being on the beach. Maybe 100 yards max to the sand. "We were very comfortable in this clean and comfortable house. Everything worked well. Beds comfortable. We had extra family stay a few nights and they were comfy too. It’s walking and central to Ozona and Palm Harbor restaurants. Bike path in back yard. Starchans ice cream at the end of street. The location is directly accross from USPS so there was to be expected occasional noise. Nothing that kept us awake."

"We had a wonderful time. Very short walk to the beach. The location can not be beat. Cute cottages. We stayed in one and a friend stayed in another. The kiddos were safely running between. They are very nice old cottages. Cant beat the location. Capt. AL always responded. Thank you! We had a great time."

"We have been in this area for 5 years renting. Unable to rent our usual place do to ? changes in ownership. The rental was perfect for beach access, that’s why we rent this area. The bungalow needs a full length mirror, more beach decorations. Overall a great stay."

"We really enjoyed this property! It was like being in a tropical garden. We stayed in the Mermaid Cottage for our 30th anniversary. Very convenient to downtown Dunedin and Honeymoon Island & Caladesi State Parks. Several good restaurants and breweries close by. Owners live on site and were very friendly."

"When we arrived at the property I was given earlier the door combo so we were able to get in. It was very clean and inviting as you walked thru the door. The Kitchen was a gallery and a bit small but very nice and well equipped. We were impressed as a basket of snacks and some waters were on the counter for our use. We were never given snacks and it gave us a good feeling that our hostess cares and is very thoughtful. The area was quiet but we couldn't get much to watch on the TV."

"We didn't want to leave. The house is fully stocked!! I brought a lot of extras because I wasn't sure if they had certain items but this place has everything. Beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach towels, koozies, laundry detergent, cooking oils, coffee filters and coffee, bug spray, board games and cards, pass to honeymoon island (super nice of owners to add that, really appreciated) the bikes were great for strolling downtown. "Nicely furnished property, comfortable and roomy for two. Also enjoyed screened in porch. Delightful, walkable neighborhood. Enjoyed fishing off the neighborhood docks. Owners very responsive. "An older condo however it was very clean and peaceful. The views were breathtaking. Excellent location and we had a 2 bedroom condo with views of bay in every room. Customer service was remarkable. The manager was a God send understanding my mistake when booking. He assisted me with making my 70th Birthday very memorable. He was so nice and helpful. "

"We’ve stayed here a number of times now on weekend getaways, affordable full-kitchen option in the Tampa area, easy drive to activities in either Tampa or the beaches. WiFi in the rooms is sometimes spotty, otherwise rooms are fine. We enjoy the walk next door to a Bahama Breeze for dinner and hanging out, then easily back to the room for an early start next day.
