When booking, was advertised as having a pool and free breakfast. The pool was not in use and there was no breakfast available, free or otherwise. There wasn't even coffee in the lobby.

Pretty sure the lady who signed me in had track marks on her rust, pool was down, spa was down both looked like frog ponds. No large towels in room, no room cleaning happened while I stayed. The gym was half broke down. Toilet barely flushed. I’m not one to leave reviews but Expedia pics made this place look so much better. Beds were comfy and no bed bugs only plus I guess.

Lets start with the room. Air conditioner broken. Half the lights broken. 2 of the sinks required two hands turn on. Never cleaned our room. Did not even empty garbage bins. Now for other things. Pool online great working condition. Pool has been broken for years. Apparently they have also piping issues been happening for years. Half the washing machines were broken. Need just a bed awesome place. Expecting more then dont stay here. And bring your fan.

This property is very rundown. the indoor pool was not in service.the bedsheets had holes in them. the smoke detector was covered in plastic. the bathroom sink had no plunger. ( the $400 contact went down the drain.). the icemachine buy our room was broken. Our key had to be rekeyed. no ice bucket. the tv was stuck on close caption.

The Only good thing I can say about this place is that the staff is excellent (exceot whomever didn't clean the room and thought it was OK to put sheets on that had an l-shaped rip the size of my fist! Filthy room had stains everywhere. Glad to hear it's been bought out and will soon be renovated. Keep the front desk staff and manager! All were exceptional under very difficult working conditions.

The wmstaff was nice. But the property was in poor shape. They informed us that a new owner was purchasing the property. It truly shows the lack in care when they are being bought out. Our room was not very clean, it had a broken door lock, brokey missing bathroom fan, no handsoap, stuff left in the fridge. Anyone walking the stairs made it echo in our room, kept us awake and woke us up multiple time's. Just not a good stay for us. Our family has been staying at the shilo inn for a long time, this is just sad. I would like our money back if we could.

Our room was clean and roomy. Bed was very comfortable. We couldn't get one of the tv's in the room to turn on. Staff was nice and helpful. Price was good. It is an older motel but we were told today they're about to update it. Early morning shuttle service to airport was great. We were able to leave our vehicle there for $10 per night which is nice.
