"We booked this place based on proximity to Place Bell and we were very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, upkeep and staff interactions. It is very reasonably priced and has everything you need in the room. Laval is definitely not the touristy side of Montreal, so we were a little surprised by the location (lack of amenities), but that really has nothing to do with the motel. We would book here again and recommend it to our friends."

"Had reserved a room and omitted stating that I need first floor. My husband is not able to do 17 steps many times in a row. So I went to the desk and thankfully they had a first floor pet friendly room. So all was good but the door handle was defective. Not a big issue but we could not both leave the room at the same time. Door locked automatically and the key would not unlock the door. Brand new shower, freshly painted room with fridge and microwave. Opt for room 114 if lock on door is fixed!"

"Proche des autoroutes et des restaurants sur le boulevard Curé Labelle. Très propre. La seule chose qui manquerait serait une petite cafetière pour le matin. Mais avec les restaurants tout autour très proches il y est facile d'en rapporter"

"Absolutely loved the quick check in. The hot chocolate in the amenity is an absolute plus. Room is clean and tidy and has everything you need. The only thing that reminds you that you aren't in a 3 star hotel is the noise from the boulevard."

"Was suppose to of been accessible room and it wasn't. Couldn't park in front of door so we were walking back and forth using our walkers carrying our stuff in and it was pouring rain. No bars in tub or toilet."

"Amazing price,location, service. You walk out to the view of the saguenay river, they have a swimming pool, playground and dock for boats. It is within 10min drive to anywhere. The place to stay while in Saguenay"

"The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and his English was fine. I was easily able to book an extra night. The property doesn’t look like much but the room I received was beautiful and spacious. For this visit, I only cared about the room comforts. It is within easy reach of restaurants, shopping and tourist sites like the Shrine of Our Lady of the Cape which I highly recommend to visit."
