"Pictures don't quite do the place justice. It is a great spot in a great location. Clean and spacious with comfortable beds. There is the noise aspect to consider, but wasn't bad at all when we stayed (4/12-4/14). This was for our annual siblings weekend and was a hit! The only thing to worry about is parking. We got lucky and found a spot, and just hopped on and off the streetcar for the weekend."

Right by the streetcar route, so Union Station, City Market, and the Power and Light district were only minutes away without having to drive. Due to construction on the lower level of the building, there was some noise and dust during the day. But, their cleaning crew was diligent about keeping up with the floors. "Perfect unit for four friends. Tons of space and a beautiful veranda to spend evenings. Only drawback is one parking space. Otherwise, walking distance to great restaurants and short drives to various venues."

"Love the location for this property! We walked to everything we wanted to do. The beds could use improvement but everything else about the property itself was wonderful. We stayed over a weekend and the area is pretty active until well into the night, calming down after 2 or 3 am. There were people driving around on really loud ATV's at night but that is really an issue Kansas City Police needs to take care of."

"Cute place we would stay again. Assumed there was coffee since there was a lot and filters, but there wasn't. The last one to clean didn't launder the all the bedding. The decor is very quaint and accommodating."
