"The staff was very helpful. The view of the lake was awesome. The hotel was quiet and peaceful overall. We could hear loud club music from another hotel or restaurant nearby but I was still able to sleep. An easy 10 minute walk to restaurants on Flores island. They let us check out late which was very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"Great way to experience the park. We had a triple room that was as comfortable as could be with smoke and temperatures over 100 and no A.C. The ceiling fan worked well. You will see and hear lots of beautiful birds and hear the howler monkeys. I am so glad we stayed here because we could go in for the sunrise tour and come back and sleep and then go out for a second visit to the park before dinner and bed. "

"The property is beautiful. We saw a lake otter, a crocodile and howler monkeys as well as many birds while visiting there and on the lake. The Lake View I room was much more than we expected. Two bathrooms!! One down side, maybe, are the steps. Eighty four from our room to the dining room and forty five to the pool. On the other hand we worked off our meals."

"Casa Ramona is ideally located near the water front and we loved the roof terrace. The air conditioning in our room was great, especially as it was 42°C when we were in Flores. We didn't get a chance to try breakfast, as we had early starts during our visit. We ordered a packed breakfast, which cost Q40 extra per breakfast, which we didn't really enjoy. "I spent three nights and everything was fine. The place is clean and all the staff members I interacted with were very nice. The bedroom I had had a window to an indoor area but not to any exterior. I did not spend too much time in there so that was fine with me. If you are a light sleeper, you may have trouble as there is some noise and music at night from next door patios (restaurants, etc.). It is easy to walk to Isla de las Flores crossing the bridge and the new bus station is 7minutes away...
