Auch beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es von allem etwas (Croissonts, Brot, Weckerl, Müsli, Ei, Obst, Käse, Wurst etc.) Unser Apartment war sehr groß (inkl. großer Balkon) und hatte auch eine kleine Küchennische dabei, dort wurden sogar Tee und Kaffee bereitgestellt. Uns hat besonders die ruhige Lage und die Natur rundherum gefallen. "

Staff interaction was somewhat mixed with potential to improve - but postive overall. Only small negative is the notice in the kitchen warning guests of the sensitive smoke alarms and €600 fines - please consider rephrasing so as not to put guests on edge and worried about using the cooking facilities. "We loved our stay at this beautiful quaint hotel in Pinswang, Austria!There were 4 of us so we got a quad room that slept four. It was very clean and it had everything we needed. The only downside is we got in late and had to be up early to go to Neuschwanstein Castle. It is close to the castles, about a 15 minute drive. They were wonderful to work with and the check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. I hope to come back some time soon! Thank you for a pleasant experience!"

The staff were friendly and accommodating, we were in another building behind the main hotel and the room was spacious with an upper mezzanine area with 2x beds that the kids loved. In the lower area there was the main bed and bathroom, a small kitchenette and a living area with dining table and a sofa (bed). We had a large balcony with views to the hills. With 2x kids we are normally back in the room by 8.30 each...
