"Great location about 5 min drive to north Anna Maria beach or 10 min walk to the bay side for beach. Loved getting to walk to several local restaurants and would definitely recommend trying Ginny’s and Jane E’s for pastries and coffee."

"We had a delightful stay enjoying easy access to both sunrises and sunsets as well as long walks on the beach. Just sitting on the couch looking at out on the canal is quite a view. We travel a lot and this was one of the best appointed places we’ve stayed. They have thought of everything!"

"This place was perfect for me and my spouse. Quiet but just off a main street that had places to eat and shop. Can walk right to the pier. We had a dock on the canal right out the back door and we saw a manatee swim right by. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Chairs and an umbrella for the beach also. Would definitely recommend this place! Would stay here again! Had a lovely time! Thank you!"

"A quick trip for mom's to stay away from home. This quaint little 2nd floor cottage fit our needs. A short walk from the beach was perfectly situated 1 house off the beach. We walked across a wooden walkway that was beneath a canopy of mangrove trees. Having bikes was an absolute perk! We biked 2 of the 3 days we were there. Joyce (office staff) was so helpful too!!! We will be back"

"The bed was a double. The couch old and not comfortable to sit on or should I say “in” pull out for bed disgusting tried to make husband more space I could not sleep in it .needs replace. Bathroom kitchen updated and clean"

"This location is PERFECT! We were able to walk to the Bayfront beach or the gulf-side. Very close to pine Ave and all the main restaurants. We rented a golf cart which was fun but you could definitely get around easily just walking. Bed was comfy enough and nice accomodations"

"Perfect location, very clean, owners weren't intrusive at all, didnt even know they were anywhere around. Very nice neighborhood. We rented a golf cart for a few days, and the parking wasnt a problem. However, if there wouldve been someone else at the property, im not sure where we wouldve parked it, due to the designated parking for guests.
