"There wasn't anything wrong with the property. Friendly staff and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The downside was the behavior of the homeless people in the woods outside the property. We witnessed domestic abuse, etc. It's to no fault of the property, just a byproduct of the area."

"Overall it was good. We checked in after a flight from Aruba. The shuttle picked us up pretty quickly. We needed an early shuttle back to the airport the next morning and the young girl at the front desk informed us that we would have to take the 7:30 shuttle due to the ones before that one were full. Ok fine we were definitely worried we wouldn’t make our flight if we left at 7:30. So we got up the next morning and went down an hour early to check the shuttles and were informed by the man...

"We arrived about 30 mins prior to check in and our room was not ready, however the lovely lady at the front desk was able to upgrade us to a room that was. Unfortunately, the fridge did not work in the upgraded room. When I spoke to the nice guy at the front desk a bit later, he said the maintenance guy wasn’t there today. He did try and contact maintenance but didn’t ever hear back. So we didn’t have a fridge to use which was a real bummer. Hotel was clean, upgrade was great and had a big nice...
