"Hotel is not located in the historic and very busy part of the city. More of an upscale neighborhood that was less active, which worked for us. Great rooftop pool and the buffalo breakfast is the best I’ve experienced. You’re only a 7 Euro cab to Rossio. I don’t recommend returning to the hotel via Metro to the M. De Pombal station. The walk up the hill to the hotel will get you."

"We arrived early prior to check in after a long travel day. Even though we were told check in wasn’t until 2 pm, we decided to try shortly after 1 as we were sleep deprived and needed some rest. Marta who was the Room Services manager was super kind and helpful. Not only did she try to find a room for us but we were given a complimentary upgrade.
