"Michaela and her family were the most welcoming hosts. The apartment is located in the family farm compound and we got to interact with all of the friendly family members (including the animals!). Our 3 year old daughter loved the barn cats, the cows, sheep and bunnies. The setting couldn't have been more idyllic. The apartment itself is newly renovated and was very clean. "I visited for 5 days recently and was overwhelmed by the amazing apartment. The friendly owners clearly love their house and keep the apartment that I stayed in on the top floor immaculately. I had a huge deck and views out of every window to the alps. I could even see the mountains from my bed. There is a full kitchen with every cup, plate, pot, pan and utensil you could need and even salt and pepper and some essentials. The bathroom, living room and bedroom are really large and well furnished....

"Wir haben uns mit unserem Hund in der sehr schönen FeWo Höhenrausch sehr wohl gefühlt, mit ihrer tollen Lage mit Spazierwegen in beliebiger Länge, die direkt vor der Haustüre beginnen. Sie ist liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet (endlich mal eine FeWo mit reichlich Wand- und Tür-Haken zum Kleidung lüften etc.), sauber und natürlich ganz wichtig, mit fantastischer Aussicht auf das tolle Berg-Panorama. "Stayed for a week and split time sightseeing between nearby mountains and Munich. The location worked great for this approach with lots to see and do within a 1 hour drive (we chose to rent a car). The apartment itself is great with a satisfying minimalistic approach that I appreciate, iIt is comfortable and quiet and perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. The hosts were top notch with excellent communications and advice/help. Highly recommend."

"Very nice, clean and spacious apartment in a ski village. Lots of hiking trails in the area. A chairlift is across the street that offers spectacular views and more hiking trails when you reach the mountain. The famous Neuschwanstein castle is within 30-40 min drive from here. Definitely recommended."

"Melanie was a great host and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The area is beautiful and close to a large supermarket, by car. It was the perfect base for our visits to Neuschwanstein and Linderhof Palace and would also be an ideal base for mountain biking, road cycling and hill walking."

"Die Ferienwohnung "Fräulein Laube" ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Alles Tip Top sauber!!! Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Wir waren als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Mädels 14 + 12) in den Pfingstferien da. Von Durach aus haben wir diverse Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht (Kempten, Neuschwanstein etc)."
