"This property was large like an apartment back home. Urtune was very responsive and a great hostess. She provided information when asked and responded when there were questions regarding how some of the appliances worked. She meet us at the apartment on check in and helped arrange a taxi for us when we left. We also checked out a little later. Thanks so much Urtune."

"What a fabulous apartment! From the moment our flight was cancelled and we had to check in late to check out, our host, Carlos was magnificent! He was friendly and attentive, answering our questions quickly and thoughtfully.
