"This was our first time staying in Sacramento. Been to it and thru it a million times but have never stayed!! This cottage/home/neighbirhood. Felt like home. ABSOLUTELY gorgeous neighborhood! Immaculately clean and super well equipped! We might come back just for fun next time. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and didn’t get to relax or enjoy the serenity of this property! "Hummingbird House is clean and spacious, and has pretty much everything you need. The views are very pretty and there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy--with decking on three sides and lots of outdoor furniture and three sets of sliding doors. The only negative I would mention is that the laundry room is on the other side of the bedroom wall, so you can hear the washing machine when it is running and it was somewhat loud. Also, there is no TV, but if you want to watch TV (as we did) a laptop...

"The home is in a great location. All of the utensils needed were in the kitchen. All of the rooms were very clean and ready for our stay when we arrived. Check in was extremely easy. The hosts were helpful and answered questions in a timely manner. We had a wonderful experience."

"This little house is so cute! It was fun to be able to pet the goats and see the animals. It was a quiet location! wish it had one more comfy chair for 4 people but it worked great for a weekend of soccer and then relaxation! Homeowners were super helpful and on top of communication.
