"Three of us attended the KVMR Celtic Fair at Nevada County Fairgrounds (close by). Wonderful music; incredible rain! The condo was so welcoming and warm after our day at the Fair. We had everything we needed; and were pleased to have chosen this delightful condo. Close walking distance to shops and restaurants. Hoping to return soon."

"We spent the weekend in Applehill to visit some apple farms with our 3 yr old son, and were very pleased with our stay here. The condo was nicely decorated, modern updated, very clean and had everything we need. Air conditioning was a plus for warm days. Check in was very easy and convenient. Close to freeway and short drive to apple farms. Would stay here again!"

"Dirty af, there were bugs and mildew in the shower. I showered with my sandals on! Half of the amenities that were listed weren't there! No pool, washer/dryer, iron, microwave, utensils, towels or even hand soap!!! Guy (Luis, I think) doesn't answer the phone when called and isn't very responsive. Honestly this was my first time using the app and I'll most likely be going back to hotel life after this experience."

"This property fit our needs. A couple of things that didn't meet high standards - the creamer for the coffee needs to be pitched. Also, the link to information about the heating/cooling system didn't work. We had to find another site. It was nice to have shampoo, hand soap, etc. in the bathrooms but they weren't high quality."

"So nice to be right across the street to visit my son at UC Davis. I was able to spend a week getting my work done while he was studying and then walking a block or two to get coffee, lunch and ice cream. The house was well appointed and had all the comforts of home. So lovely to sit outside on the front patio and still have privacy. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Very clean and exactly as listed. Came with the family for apple hill and loved it. Please note if you have small children there are very steep stairs to get down to the bedrooms and you may want a baby gate."
