This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms home is located in a lovely and quiet community. Close to shops, restaurants, just minutes away from Winter Park. Great for Disney vacations, corporate housing, holidays, UCF, Full Sail University, Rolling College (graduations or events) or just to relax in sunny Florida.
While in Florida this is your lovely home to wind down after a long day. The formal living and dining room greets you as you walk into the front door, which is great for formal entertaining. Family room and kitchen combo is just perfect for the chef of the home. While cooking you are still able to be a part of the action. Breakfast bar is perfect for those quick meals. Master bedroom with King Size bed set, En-suite Bathroom, walk-in closet & sliding glass door that opens into the porch area. Large back porch that overlooks the private back yard giving you a comfortable feel. 2 car garage with remote control door opener. All this and the home is centrally located, you are only within minutes to I-4, 414, 429, 408 & the Turnpike (main highways) that will take you straight into Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, RDV Sports Center, and just about anything you can think of. This house is in a GREAT location! So close to all the good things. We stayed for our daughter's graduation from Full Sail University, and it was an overall good place. Plenty of room for all 6 of us to spread out, and it felt like we could all have our own space. The owner is very nice as well.

Happy last minute visit felt like home
Our daughter had to have an unexpected C-section so we had to book a vrbo at the last minute. We stayed here in April for 2 days for then baby shower and were pleased to see it was still available. The house is 2.6 miles from Advent Health which totally suited what we needed. It was comfortable, clean and conveniently located to everything in Winter Park and in the 95 degree weather, it stayed cool and pleasant inside. A perfect retreat after long hours at the hospital. And Liz is a great host, very personable and responsive.

This is a super nice rental. We were in town for a high school graduation, and we spent two nights. The house had everything we needed. The owner was consistently helpful and responsive. It is a very nice house in a safe neighborhood. This was very convenient to all of the places that we were going to. We were there for a graduation celebration. The owner made it very easy for us to get there and gave us instructions for entry and for leaving. Kitchen was well equipped and enough towels and wash clothes.

The neighborhood is not a cookie cutter, every house is the same kind of place, which is our preference. This property was perfect for our week long Orlando stay! Everything we needed was close by. The house was perfect for our kids and pups. The owner was in constant communication with us until our arrival. This home has everything you need for a family to stay. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is stocked with all your needs.
