"Overall, it was a good stay. Communication with owner was good and she was quick to reply to all questions and concerns throughout the stay. The size of the place and amenities were perfect for what we needed. However, cleanliness could be greatly improved. The yellow couch in the living room was very stained and there was debris all over the floor throughout the apartment, which made the stay feel uninviting and slightly uncomfortable. "I will start with the positive information. The location was good--walking distance to Melrose Street and Santa Monica Avenue. There was a place for parking, although it was a tight squeeze and I would suggest having a smaller car. The kitchen was fine, with relatively new appliances. The shower was great--nice and strong. "The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

"We loved our stay at this beautiful home. Sky was a great, thoughtful host, and was easy to communicate with. The finishes, decor, art, and style of the home are classy, fun, and welcoming. We barely left the house, it was so relaxing to float in the pool and enjoy the deck during the day, then make dinner and sit down to eat facing the unsurpassed night view. "We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The beds are very comfortable and so is the sofa. The space is very beautiful and the location is amazing! The kitchen has just about everything you need. The coffee pot is small, if you have a lot of coffee drinkers like we did plan on making several pots.
