"Great space. Beautiful views. Communication with manager not great for check in. They didnt provide garage codes to get in. We were checking in when it was dark. We walked up a steep hill with rocks not knowing how to access the front door. The only other way to access is through front door which is not accessible with a car. Delay getting in. Once they provided garage codes we were good. You will need to carry luggage up two flights of stairs or walk your luggage all the way around to the front...

"Nice location, not as busy as northern part of lake. condo was clean and well furnished. Only thing that was a nuisance was the master bedroom smoke alarm battery started to beep at 8 pm so had to run down to the dock and buy a 9 Volt Battery and replace the smoke alarm battery ... all good after that."

"We had a great stay here while attending a concert on UT campus. The property was very clean, exactly as described and a pleasant stay for all of us. Despite it's close proximity to the interstate it was surprisingly quiet while inside. Really appreciate the fact there are no requirements at checkout. Would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed here for my daughter's graduation, so we appreciated how close the house was to UTK and downtown, but the neighborhood was a bit rougher than expected. The inside was very cute and clean, the living room furniture was very comfortable, and the rooms were spacious with plenty of towels. However a few minor things: I did notice many of the outlets would not work including the one in the primary bathroom, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher upon arrival, and the smoke detector...

"This is an efficiency hotel room but without some of the conveniences of a hotel. We were there for 4 nights and nothing was cleaned or replenished during the stay. You can go to the desk and ask for addition coffee, towels, etc., but it wasn’t standard. Otherwise, it was a normal efficiency hotel room."

"The location was nice but the property needed a little updating. They only provided two towels and they were worn and raggedy. I ask for linens for the pull out and he couldn’t provide a pillow."
