Front desk staff was very nice and attentive. When linen was requested it came right away. The pool was cleaned and so was the hotel. Only request I asked is for safety is to have the side entrance door locked. It stated that it locks after 11pm, we came back twice at 12am and door was unlocked and easily accessible to ANYONE.

The restaurant and coffee shop service were excellent. They were all very friendly. The breakfast buffet was good with a wide variety. Downsides: We had two rooms; access to the parking lot was only encoded onto one set of room keys making it difficult to arrange entry/exit based on who was driving the car. The room TV wasn't not adjustable for viewing from different parts of the room. Maid service was knocking at the door at 930am. That's a bit early for me. We had only one washcloth for 3 people. When we called the front desk to request additional chairs, our call went directly to a recording. Later we asked for chairs at the front desk; None were delivered and we never got a follow up call. On the day of checkout, two separate staff members knocked at our door in the morning asking when we're checking out. Checkout is noon. I've never had a hotel ask me when I'm checking out.
