"We frequently visit Holiday Inn in Gaffney, SC. The staff is amazing! I so wish that I could remember names but we have met two front desk specialists which we love. They sisters with excellent personalities, great communication skills, and make you feel right at home. When we first arrived, I was awestruck by their outer beauty. After frequenting the property, their amazing job skills matched their beauty. Excellent breakfast and room attendants provide for a comfortable “at home “ feel. "

"We stayed at a quality inn in Spartanburg. The service was great however the hotel needs a good cleaning. I had to go to the store and get clorox wipes to clean our room. "

"The staff were very friendly upon arrival! They offered us fresh cookies upon checkin. Even when I called to ask about the pool before choosing the hotel they were extremely friendly. I will say they even remembered my name hours later after check-in, despite having many guests Checking in. I didn’t like their breakfast options and it would have been a bit nicer if the pool was heated or they had a hot tub option. I do think the air systems in the hotel need to be updated. We were not hot and it wasn’t warm, but the type of air conditioning in the rooms are definitely outdated. Overall, the stay was excellent and we enjoyed our room. "
