"Loved the apartment with two minor issues. This is a second story apartment so you need to haul your stuff up stairs, second issue is parking is tight, if you have a larger vehicle it may not work. Otherwise everything was great."

"Loved everything about our stay!! We own an old house ourselves and it's always fun to see the way that people renovate their space. This property is very tastefully decorated with lots of beautiful plants outside (and next door!). The kitchen is great, HVAC system is great, and the property was very clean. I felt safe enough to do tummy time with my baby on the floor, so that should tell you how nice it felt! Towels and basic amenities were well stocked. I'll say the water pressure is fine,...

"We had a wonderful girls weekend here. The decor, amenities, and communication with the host was terrific. There was noise from the tenants upstairs late one night and early one morning. It didn’t ruin our stay but if you are a very light sleeper be aware. The bed in the back bedroom was too soft for me and had a gully down the middle. My friend was very comfortable in the front bedroom."

"First and for most the cleaning fee was 100% reasonable, and then the host didn’t expect me to clean the house before leaving. This. Is.Huge! And made check out so simple!!!! They had lots of the necessities that you often have to buy such as dishwashing soap, even laundry detergent, lots of TP etc…so no need to make a trip to the store for that such an extra bonus! "Great location! We went to horse races at Keeneland on Saturday (about 40 minute drive) and hiked East Pinnacle in Berea College Forest on Sunday (about 20 minute drive). Beautiful and so much fun! House was spotless and included all necessary amenities. Host was very responsive to all my questions; provided lots of tips on dining options in area. EKU is just a block away! Beautiful campus to take a walk."
