Didn't realize this was a hostle
There was no front desk to help me with issues everything had to be done online I had to pull over twice while driving and even then there were problems Room was fine and access to the beach was terrific, just didn't like it that there was nobody on site to help me with problems and that you're on your own to find parking

Très bien mais disons que pour une personne âgée qui ne maîtrise pas bien internet et les smartphones ce n’est pas évident car pour rentrer à la chambre ou à la résidence tout se fait par internet Ensuite pour se garer gratuitement il,faut marcher un moment donc pour des personnes âgées ou handicapés pas évident il n’y a pas d’ascenseur à la résidence

pas moyen d'avoir quelqun pour régler,il faut passer par des applications que des personnes comme moi ne maitrise pas,donc je n'ai pas eu de chambre pour la nuit,il a fallu que je me débrouille pour en trouver une sinon je domais evec mon épouse dans la voiture. Je ne passerais plus par votre plate forme. c'est pas la premiere fois que je séjourne a rosas pour le week end,mais c'est la premiere fois que je suis embétté.Expériance que je ne renouvellerais plus avec vous; a vite oublié

Un poco incomodo...
Aire condicionado no estaba funcionando, asi que por la noche nos toco dormir con las ventanas abiertas y entraron mosquitos y el ruido de los otros huespedes al lado. Lava manos estaba tapado asi que lave mis dientes en la ducha. Como no hay nadie de AGI Gloria Rooms en el edificio trabajando, habia mucha gente llegando a sus habitaciones a las 2, 3, 4 de la mañana gritando y poniendo musica muy fuerte. No habia jabon en el baño

La habitación estaba bien, en cuanto a limpieza y estado. Faltaban geles, champús y cualquier tipo de producto higiénico. Por la noche había un sensor de movimientos de color azul, que cada vez que te movías por la noche se veía la luz azul, privándote de descansar y de moverte mientras dormías. Las Paredes eran extremadamente finas, escuchabas a la gente murmurar, y cualquier tipo de ruído, por suerte la calle donde está ubicado es tranquila, y no se escuchaba nada.

Tido correcto pese a un fallo a un corte de luz en toda la Calle Pondria incampié a que en la ducha no hay doande e apollar los utensilios personales tales COMO jabon etc En la habitacion tampoco hay una mesita o una silla En la reserva menciona toallas limpieza y sabanas, una reserva de tres noches, durante ducha estància nads de ello fue repuesto lo tuvimos que pedir y nos comentaron que no se cambiaban pero que nos Las trairan...

Ne réservez surtout pas !
Fermeture à 21h impossible de joindre l’hôtel (auberge de jeunesse plutôt ⚠️) on a dû dormir ds la voiture la première nuit.. Ils ont prélevé 48e le 20 juillet (séjour du 23 au 25) alors que Hôtel.com affirme qu’il n’y a aucun paiement avant votre arrivée sauf annulation. Il faut récupérer les clefs de la chambre ds un autre établissement je vous conseille d’avoir un véhicule car ce n’est pas à côté! Bien sûr information non communiqué sur le site. Il faut quitter la chambre à 10H et non à 12H !!!! Je ss très déçue et j’en ne remettrais plus jamais les pieds ds cet établissement. Pas d’ascenseur dc pas d’accès handicapés,poussettes etc..

les clés qu'il faut aller récupérer à un endroit différent de l'hôtel c'est très embêtant, la qualité des installations de toilettes très moyens,eau de la douche qui coule en filé,porte qui ne s'ouvre pas en entier...pratique pour un week-end car proche des commerces et plage,mais bruyant et minimaliste
