Exceeded expectations

I was pleasantly surprised by the clean, spacious, well-appointed accomodation. The staff were all very professional....handled an upgrade to a larger room without a question. Overall experience was excellent and I would definitely stay at The Gant again and recommend it to anyone travelling to Aspen.

Highly recommend!

Everyone was very helpful and courteous. We felt right at home. We didn’t realize how good of a place it was until we showed up and walked up to the place! It was beautiful, very clean, and in a great location. Would recommend to anyone staying downtown.

Friendly and helpful staff - lovely grounds and accommodations

My son and I were in Aspen for my granddaughter’s wedding. We found the Gant staff to be very helpful in all areas, especially in giving suggestions for restaurants and driving directions. Although the hotel van was available,we were able to walk to most places due to the convenient location.

We strongly recommend "Poppycock’s" which was recommended by the hotel. The food is excellent, the price is right and the service friendly and efficient.

Love to Return

This was a great experience. Rooms very comfy & ours was decorated in a nice southwest style. Location was nice on the outskirts of town but easily within walking distance to everything. Beautiful views, beautiful town. Can’t wait to return! You won’t be disappointed.

Great shoppers market in town on Saturdays. Everything from fresh baked goods, jewelry or some wonderful artwork.

Great Service!

We stayed at The Gant for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. We had great service from all the staff. The hotel was in a convenient location. We liked having the shuttle service that would run you back and forth to town if needed, we walked most of the time. I would definitely go back and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to the Aspen area.

Very clean, comfortable and great location in Aspen. My husband and 3 adult children had a wonderful vacation and very much enjoyed staying at The Gant. The concierge staff was very accomodating and helpful with making reservations for activities, spa and dinner. I was very impressed with all of the staff.

We were very impressed with The Gant. The facilities are beautiful and very well maintained. Our unit was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend The Gant and will stay there again next time we’re in Aspen.

Park your car and leave it. You can walk all over Aspen, and most excursions you can do (whitewater rafting, biking) will send someone to pick you up at your hotel.

This Hotel has all it all.........

Great stay, great price. Hotel staff is courteous and professional and the room has all the comforts of home.

Everything is within walking distance. Keep the car parked at the hotel to avoid the expensive meter fees.

Lap of Luxury

Without the special deal offered on this hotel, we would have never stayed here but it was great! Definately 5 class service and roomy accomodations. Everything was very updated and well taken care of. I only wish we had more time there! The swimming pool/hot tub area was very nice.

We were able to drive up to Maroon Bells at this time of year and always enjoy the scenery and easy family hiking.

We loved it

We stayed at the Gant the last week of ski season and loved it! Last year we stayed at the St. Regis and while that is obviously a lovely hotel, traveling with kids makes the Gant a much better choice for us. the condo was clean and included all the amenities needed to cook, etc...Had a great view of the Silver Queen gondola and it was a short walk to town. The Gant also provides shuttle service all over town and there were so many shuttles you could often just wave down a car. the price is VERY reasonable and even though many of the hotels were dropping their rates this still turned out to be an excellent value! We will denfinately go back!

Wouldn’t change a thing!

Our family stayed at the Gant on a ski vacation and from our arrival at the airport to our departure, the stay was exceptional. Our condo was beautifully decorated, spacious and house keeping was great. Our kitchen was stocked with fantastic cooking utensils so cooking in was very easy to do. Our place was on the 3rd floor so it was very quiet yet accessible to the elevator for convenience. The pool/hot tub facilities were lovely as well. The customer friendly atmosphere added to our enjoyment. The van drivers were eager to take you anywhere and were very prompt. They were familiar with all the local restaurants, hangouts and shops and always made sure you were enjoying yourself. The location is definitely an easy stroll to all the shopping, restaurants, Aspen Mountain gondola and the local transportation to the area ski resorts. After a long day of skiing or arms full of shopping bags it was always great to see the Gant van pull up. It was very comfortable as well. Our stay was fabulous!

The best restaurant by far is La Cantina for fabulous Mexican cuisine.

Great accommodation!

Apartment complex did not look very impressive from the outside but once we entered our 2 bedroom condominium we were delighted. It had a beautiful living area with wood burning fireplace, well equipped kitchen and spacious bedrooms. We were traveling with 3 kids and they liked having TVs in every room. The Gant is located close to downtown Aspen to walk (even in winter) but far enough to have a secluded feel. Market very close by. Would be nice to come back in summer!

We liked "Gusto", an italian restaurant on Main Street with good selection of pastas and fish.

Good place, great service

If you want a full suite right within Aspen (with kitchen, fireplace), the Gant is great. We experienced some noise during our first night and the management moved/upgraded our room no questions asked. They have ongoing shuttles to/from the airport and around town, which is great (if you don’t have your own car). Units we saw were very nicely furnished, clean, comfortable. Felt like home away from home -- good times!

Small kids? Take the bus to the Aspen Rec Center -- pool, rock climbing, and a sledding hill out back (they rent sleds for $5/pop).

Friendly staff plus the convenience and responsiveness of the in town shuttle service staff makes it a great place to stay.

Fabulous hotel, excellent service!

Wow, what a great place to stay, there was a shuttle service on demand, takes you anytime. The condo was beautiful and very modern. I loved cooking in the kitchen.

Little Annie’s is a reasonable priced restaurant with great food. Check out Suzie’s a high end consignment shop for bargains.

The Finest Condominium Resort in Aspen

The Gant is not only the finest condominium resort in Aspen, it is also the most convenient with roundtrip bus service to and from the Silver Queen Gondola. Fireplaces in the room make the stay extremely cozy, and views of Aspen Mountain are breathtaking. If you are going to Aspen make sure to stay at The Gant.

Nice Place, Nice Area Easy Walk or Ride to town

The hotel was very very nnice on the outside, but I guess that individual units vary as we had some small problems that did not effect our stay but effected the inside appearence. Let a note for the maid to have the items fixed, hope they do. Would definitely go and stay again, this time in the summer to see the beautiful country side.

Best Condos in Aspen

Went here on my honeymoon with my new wife and was picked up at the airport by a really cool worker fromt the gant and he took us all through the town and what to do and where to eat. We were upgraded to a two bedroom that was really nice. The grounds were very nice. We mostly walked into town but got a shuttle when we needed it and they were more than willing to help with anything we needed, making dinner reservations for us. I would stay here again without a doubt. We miss our little condo in aspen ever since we left!

Not impressed at all with Hotel Management

The Gant Hotel refused to let me out of my one week stay one day early to get in front of very bad weather coming into Aspen. Aspen was going to be recieving ice and snow and I needed to beat this in order to get back to Denver for early morning flight. I called Expedia for help and they gave me a one night stay in Denver for free to offset the charges that the greedy Gant hotel was charging me for leaving a day early due to weather conditions. Thanks Expedia for service, Good Riddance Gant...........

Nice place!

The hotel was a great place to stay. Comfortable, clean and lots of room. It is just blocks away from the grocery store (within walking distance) and downtown Aspen. This works well when you have a full kitchen to cook in.

Boogie’s has shopping on the 1st floor and a diner type restaurant on the 2nd floor. Neat place, good food.

Great off-season visit!

Three friends shared a 2-bedroom condo during the off-season this fall. The condo was in great condition. The skeleton staff was very helpful. Highly recommended during the fall, shoulder season. No insight into the busy summer or winter season.
