“The room was clean and comfortable, and the log cabin atmosphere was nice, but the TV was difficult to use because the guide provided did not match the channels on the TV itself. Also, the wifi was terrible! So, the TV didn't always work. Our devices (phones, tablet, computer) also didn't work, and since cell phone reception is next to zero in that remote location, it was very frustrating. They REALLY need to fix/upgrade their system. “The hotel was good for the most part. I was more frustrated with the tvs and WiFi. For some reason the tvs were not working and the representative at the front desk attempted to fix them but was not successful. They apparently have a tv guy but he was not able to come until the next day. For a hotel that is $200 a night, I should not have to deal with that. I have 2 young kids under 5. The door to the room also kept getting jammed and we would have to slam the door very hard in order to close……
