拉皮尔 2 星级酒店, US$62 起

“Nice bed and pillows. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was fine and attendant was very nice and welcoming. Check in and check out attendants were nice and welcoming. TV was good. The only reason I didn't have 5 Stars for everything is because tub didn't drain and I notified front desk in the morning. It was not fixed and water was still in the tub my 2nd morning. Also, I expected the room to be cleaned, bedroom refreshed and old towels picked up and new towels provided. I refuse to get in……

“Overall I had a good stay. The hotel was clean and the employees in general were very good, polite and helpful. The only issue was at check-in. I arrived a little early and I asked the person at the front desk, I believe she was the manager, if I could check in early. I understood there would be a fee to pay. Her response was a bit rude and not very professional, her tone of voice was not friendly. I do understand though that they were very busy that day because there were two weddings……

“Tameka help me with my reservation Great Job Check-in was very easy Hot tub could’ve been hotter Pool is nice Room with the kitchenette is really nice and perfect”

“Clean able to sleep peacefully”

“Well for starters, the room cleanliness was suspect. We found a wet crumpled up facecloth on the edge of the bathtub. We aren't sure if the cleaning lady had used it to clean and left it, or if it was from a previous guest. Really makes you wonder how clean the place is when something like that happens. There was a visible ring around the toilet bowl, so that wasn't very clean either. There were several stains on the carpet in the room. My fiancé woke with bites on her ankles as well. ……

“Check in took 2 hours past time. And first room was disgusting unbelievably so got a 2nd room and it also was dirty but manageable. Roaches were bad”

“You get what you pay for.”

“over all it’s a good experience to stay in this hotel good area for shopping and eating , if room light could be brighter would be better. ”

“Motel is sketchy- everything in poor condition and has seen some hard use. No elevator. I will say that our a/c and tv worked, the toilet flushed, and the sheets appeared to be clean (but I can’t say the same about the comforters.). Mattresses were very stained. I should have read the reviews before I made our reservation, We stayed the night there but I would not recommend and will not stay there again. It appeared that many people were living there, I feel sorry for them.”

“I and my colleague, We had a great stay at Hampton Inn Detroit/Auburn Hills-North. The breakfast was good — omelettes, sausage, potatoes, bagels , DIY waffles, with some healthy options available too. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The location is perfect — just next to the outlet, and it’s very convenient for dining and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“Big shout out and thank you you Kush, the establishment's owner. Super kind, accommodating & professional. Would give this Super 8 at 10 for sure!”
